I absolutely adored the charming decor at The Garden Flat. The floral wallpaper and cozy furniture made me feel right at home. It's wonderful to see a hotel that caters to the aesthetic preferences of senior people. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was top-notch with no pesky stairs or obstacles to navigate for those of us with limited mobility.
It would have been even better if the hotel had some dedicated activities or programs specifically designed for senior guests. Perhaps some gentle exercise classes or social gatherings would have made the vacation even more enjoyable for us older folks.

The caretaker was quick and helpful, arriving within 10 minutes of our call. He was always available to answer our questions. The flat had stylish furnishings and a cozy atmosphere. The fridge was stocked with bread, butter, and milk. We were grateful for the ride to the railway station, especially when it was raining.

The fully equipped kitchen turned me into a master chef, preparing meals that even Gordon Ramsay would applaud. And oh, the bathroom! It was a peaceful oasis where I indulged in relaxing showers that washed away all my worries.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome pack provided at this lovely flat. The bread, butter, biscuits, and milk were a thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home. The location of the flat was perfect, with easy access to shops, transportation, and the center of the city. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a Sainsbury's Local just a stone's throw away, as well as a great selection of food and cafes right across the road. Additionally, having a lockable garage at the back of the property was a huge bonus for us, providing peace of mind for our car during our stay.
While our overall stay was enjoyable, there were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better, as it was in need of a general refurbishment and freshening up.

We got great value for our money at the Garden Flat. The nice furniture and cozy. The location was fantastic, with shops, transport, and the center of town all within easy reach. The staff were helpful and accommodating, even giving us a ride to the railway station when we couldn't find a taxi.
Breakfast option could have been better with more variety.

The apartment at The Garden Flat in Harrogate was absolutely amazing! The 2 bedrooms were perfect for my family, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. The bathroom with a shower was clean and had a hairdryer. Plus, having a TV in the apartment was a bonus!
Personally, I found the bathroom with only a shower a bit inconvenient.
